I don't charge an hourly rate. I charge a flat rate to keep your home clean. Over time your home will be kept sparkling clean for the flat rate I have charged and the items listed will be cleaned in a rotation with the most problematic areas prioritised. If you feel something has been missed you can request it be prioritised the following week. Think of it as a subscription you pay to have a clean home.
My prices are based on level of effort and energy required, tools and equipment, wear and tear, products, car maintenance, fuel, driving time, messages, emails, phone,marketing, book keeping and other business expenses.
It is why I am able to provide a consistent, reliable and trustworthy service. I work fast, efficiently and thoroughly.
My priority is to get your home sparkling clean for you. Cleaning is my passion. I am thorough and pay attention to detail. Every home has a different set of things that need the most attention. Your quote covers what my experience has told me will be needed to keep your home up to standard over time. This is based on the information you provide in your application. Service is for your whole space including inside windows and tracks, high touch area, spot cleaning walls, cleaning the laundry and other things that cleaners generally avoid in weekly cleans. If there’s something you want done as a priority then just send a text and it will be done.
I am a sole trader with ABN and Public Liability insurance. I guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let me know, and I will do my best to put things right.
What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. That’s why I only use products with safe ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy. I generally use a mild disinfectant and/or cleaning vinegar. I do not use bleach in Weekly cleans but may use it if mould is a problem in deep cleanin.
Pets are a part of the family, and so I clean up after them as well! During service I recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable, not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let me know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
Note: There is a $20 service fee per incidence of faeces or urine clean up inside.
